Duensing Construction was founded in 1992 by Scott Duensing, who already had a thriving remodeling business in the historic Central Neighborhood district of Traverse City. Demand for home building formed his new home division, DesignCraft Homes, over a decade ago. Duensing Construction and DesignCraft Homes now serve the greater Grand Traverse region and are distinguished, long-time members of the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area.
