Founded in 1992 by Scott Duensing, DesignCraft Homes and Duensing Construction is an award winning Traverse City-based custom home builder and remodeler, serving the larger Northwest Michigan region including Leelanau, Grand Traverse and Antrim counties. Scott is also a long-time member and a past president of the Home Builders Association of the Grand Traverse Area.

Designated as a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders, our company is committed to a lifetime of extended building education and keepingclients current with the best ways to build.

Scott and his trade partners welcome you to explore all the possibilities by providing you with a full scope of services, including in-house design, remodeling assessment and interior design assistance. Many of our customers return with new projects and many of their friends do the same! It is our aim to show you how positive the building or remodeling experience can be.
